A Year of Retreats: A Celebration of Rest, Self-Love & Community

Join Rose for a very special edition of our monthly mini retreats as we celebrate one year of gathering together in rest, reflection, and gentle connection.

This 4-hour anniversary retreat is a heartfelt invitation to pause, soften, and honour yourself — and the beautiful community we’ve built over the past year. Set in a nurturing and supportive space, we’ll move through a deeply grounding and soul-nourishing journey that invites you to return home to your body, breath, and heart.

  • Grounding breathwork & meditation

  • Heart-opening cacao ceremony

  • Journalling with intention

  • Gentle and playful partner yoga

  • Deep rest through restorative yoga

  • A sensory ritual with oils to prepare for yoga nidra

  • Sound healing with crystal bowls

  • A closing circle with snacks, connection & gratitude

Whether you’ve joined us for every retreat or this will be your first, this event is a chance to reflect, restore, and reconnect — with yourself and with others.

 

All props are provided. No prior yoga experience needed — just bring an open heart and a willingness to rest.
